Some Further Travel Details...

A few extra details prior to departure...

I have spoken with Maurizio at St. Clair Travel to confirm some points regarding luggage. The check-in luggage weight allowance is 30 kg. Your carry-on luggage weight allowance is 10 kg. You may also bring a purse or camera in addition to this one piece of carry-on luggage.

The 24 hour advance online check-in (mentioned in class) does not apply for group bookings so we are not eligible. The Air Transat site also confirms this. However, you are welcome to try. Past course participants have not bothered to my knowledge. For group bookings such as ours, seats will be assigned upon check-in at the airport.

If you have any questions regarding luggage, check-in procedures, etc., please refer to the Air Transat site indicated on your ticket. Do remember to CHECK your ticket carefully to ensure that all information is correct and the spelling of your name appears exactly as it does on your passport. If there is anything out of order please notify me asap.

I will be posting some more travel info shortly...

BTW, the image above was taken earlier today by Vincenzo (our coordinator), who is currently at Capri making some last arrangements. This is a view from our hotel, La Prora!
